Dear Alumni Office:
I am shocked by the strong-arm tactics of the University to coerce the fraternities into University housing. I strongly disagree with and object to the University's effort to close the fraternities. The actions taken by the my liberal University sounds more like the purges of Stalinist Russia when even allies were exterminated because of suspicion.
Please reconsider the course the University is taking. You will cause irreparable harm by forcing the closure of institutions that have made overall positive contributions to the life of Colgate.
